Do you use high pressure on all jobs?
No. We can perform soft washing for delicate areas like roofs and siding, and high-pressure washing for tougher surfaces like driveways and patios.
How often do you need to paint a home in Florida?
Often times if done correctly you should get over 10 Years on your Exterior Repaint. You get a 5 year warranty from us.
How long does a normal job take?
Most residential jobs are completed between 3-5 days. Larger or commercial projects may take a full week or more— we’ll give you a clear timeline upfront.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and sources for water and power at time. We can complete any service without you being home.
